Search, Reserve, Move
The steps required to lease somewhere up until now are no longer needed.
NOW Through using NOW ROOM, you are able to enter a lease in just 3 steps after registration.

Search
After installing the app and entering some required information, you should complete your registration and ID confirmation. After you have completed these steps, you are automatically able to reserve any available property.

Reserve & Pay
Once you have found a property that suits your location, price, and other needs, you can set your time of stay and hit reserve. Payment will require a valid credit card, so please prepare one beforehand.

Move
After you have reserved your property, you can then speak with the managing owner and decide how you want to receive your key. Once you have acquired your key, it’s time to move in.
